We will guide you through the process or serve as facilitator for initial planning meetings.

Financial Planning - Financial Planning follows directly from strategic planning and determines the amount of funding needed, potential sources of new funding, financial projections under various planning models, analysis of current budgeting practices, possible areas of expenditure reductions and financing options available. We provide financial planning services in full cooperation with key staff and trustee committees.

Executive Search - We will conduct a local, regional or national search for senior management and executive level development staff. We will assist you in writing the appropriate position description, qualifications and recruitment procedures, assist in forming a search committee and present qualified candidates for your consideration. At your request we will assist in defining terms of employment and negotiate the offer with your selected candidate.

Senior Management Advisory Services - We offer short-term management consulting to chief executives, Board chairs and senior development staff for specific problem solving, strategy formulation, trouble-shooting or "sounding board" purposes.
